HOW OUR MOBILE VISITS WORK

Requests for an appointment can be made via email, phone, or the online form (found under "contact"). We are oftentimes working with another patient at the time of your call, so please leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible to discuss your needs and get you scheduled. If you are a new wellness client, we ask that you request and send us your pets' records from your last clinic so we can determine the best course of treatment and preventative care based upon your pet's medical history.

We require a scheduling fee of $50 to secure your appointment, which must be paid by close of business on the day of scheduling, and can be done over the phone or via a secure online portal we send to you via text. Please note we operate a 48hr cancellation policy, and any rescheduling or cancellations must be made by calling 936 391 8343.

Our appointments are scheduled as a time window for arrival - not a specific time - as our timing is greatly affected by our route, traffic, and other factors. If you are scheduling far in advance, you are welcome to email us the day before your appointment to find out what stop number you'll be, and to get a tighter time window for arrival based upon this. We typically finalize our route 24hrs before, however urgent cases must take precedence.

On the day of your appointment, we will call when we are on the way, and give you an ETA based on the GPS. We ask that your pet is secured approximately 5-10 minutes before our scheduled arrival. Cats must be confined to an area where they aren't able to hide behind / under furniture - we recommend either a master bathroom, laundry room, or other small room, ideally where there's 2 doors between them and the main house. If you have a dog that is aggressive, we ask that you warn us in advance when scheduling, and that you place a muzzle before we begin our exam. We carry muzzles with us but are also happy for you to use your own provided it is a good secure fit.

Appointment durations typically range from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the nature of what we're doing. We run canine heartworm tests on site in approximately 10 minutes, and we send all wellness blood panels to an external lab with a turnaround time of 1-2 business days.

Payment
